We enjoyed plenty of delicious cups of coffee taking in the view of the loch, listened to the birds while resting in the fabulous linen bedsheets and watched the wood burner warm us with glass of wine in hand. It’s been delightful to take the time to enjoy the little things, we would love to be back.

Finding us
Loch Riddon Bothy is reached by a spectacular drive through Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park and the Arrochar Alps. Alternatively, you can take the ferry to Dunoon and head on a scenic drive along the stunning coastline of Argyll’s Secret Coast.

By car
Reach us in 1 1/2 hrs from Glasgow, 2.5 hours from Edinburgh and in 2 hours from Oban.
By public transport
It is almost impossible to get to the Bothy by public transport.
By bike
If arriving by bike, depending where you set off from, the best option would be to come via Isle of Bute and the ferry.
